- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 tblsp coconut or olive oil (for taste, it is not required)
- Sel Gris Salt, to taste
1. Place oil in the Large Round Mold. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot. Slowly remove the Silpat, away from your face.
2. Add the popcorn kernels. Cover with the Octagonal Silpat.
3. Pop for 3 -4 minutes until popping slows. (Every microwave is different so you must watch carefully!)
4. Pour into a bowl, salt and eat!
