Pork Roast

Recipe by This is an easy way to make a beautiful dinner on one tray, with time to spend with your friends or guests. Add some color with a green salad and a cherry tomato. If you are a small family or empty nesters and eat just one roast, go ahead and cook the 2 that comes in the package. In a day or two, place a chopped onion, the pork roast thinly sliced, and a cup of BBQ sauce in any of the round molds. Cover with the octagon silpat and microwave for a few minutes. You now have a second meal of BBQ pork. By Peggy Pugh
