Pound Cake

Ingredients:


  • 8 room temperature eggs
  • 2 C sugar
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 ½ Tsp baking powder
  • 1 stick of room temperature butter
  • 1 Tsp vanilla

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 325˚. Whisk eggs until beaten. Mix in sugar and flour. Mix in butter, milk, baking powder and vanilla, mixing each as they’re entered.

2. Empty contents into Grande Round Mold. Place in oven on center rack and bake for one hour or until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
