Pumpkin Nut Bread

Ingredients:


  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place oven rack in the center position. Place Flexipan Fluted Loaf Mold on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.

2. In a Mixing Bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Using another large bowl beat sugar, oil, eggs and milk. Mix in pumpkin.

3. Gradually stir flour mixture into pumpkin mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into mold and bake for 1 hour. Drizzle with frosting if desired.
