Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Blood Orange Olive Oil (enough to lightly coat your brussels sprouts)
  • Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar (enough for drizzling)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place either your Silpat or your Deep Flexiflat onto the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside. Wash the brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Toss them with the Blood Orange Olive Oil and then spread them evenly onto the Silpat or Deep Flexiflat. Sprinkle with freshly cracked pepper and sea salt (I used the Bolivian Rose Sea Salt). Place in the oven for about 30 min. (less if the brussels sprouts are small). As soon as you take them out of the oven, drizzle the Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar on top and enjoy!
