- Seeds from pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend
- 1 tablespoon Sel Gris Sea Salt
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and place oven rack in center position. Place Silpat on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
2. In Mixing Bowl, add pumpkin seeds, olive oil, herb blend and salt. Toss until all pumpkin seeds are coated well.
3. Place coated seeds on Silpat and bake for 15 minutes. They should turn a caramel color when done.
