- Green, yellow, red and/or orange peppers
- Yellow Squash
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt
1. Place Deep Flexiflat onto Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut vegetables lengthwise and easy enough to eat. In the Mixing Bowl, toss the veggies with Olive Oil or one of Demarle's Oil Blends -- Sweet Basil Olive Oil is one I use a lot.
2. I then sprinkle some Spiced Apple Pear Balsamic Vinegar onto the vegetables and toss some more. Pour onto the Deep Flexiflat and sprinkle some Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt. Roast in the oven for about 15-17 minutes depending on how you like your vegetables.
