Roasted Veggies

Recipe by I make this recipe at every cooking show, so I can teach guests how easy it is to have a healthy side dish in 15 minutes.

Ingredients:


  • 1 Yellow Squash
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 container, Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions:


Place SIPLAT on PERFORATED BAKING SHEETSet Oven to 425 degrees.Cut Veggies into bite size pieces.Place into STAINLESS MIXING BOWL, hand toss.Spread evenly onto SILPAT, making one even layer.Roast veggies in oven for 12 minutes.Top with Cheese, place back in oven for 3 more minutes.Let cook 5-10 minutes and ENJOY!-SARAH CARBAJAL-
