Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Cups

Recipe by These are so delicious! They make breakfast so nutritious, quick & easy on busy mornings getting kids off to school & parents off to work. Vegetables such as onion and red pepper can also be shredded & added if desired.

Ingredients:


  • 1 pkg link pork sausage
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place deep flexiflat on medium perforated bake sheet. Place link sausages on flexiflat. Bake for 25 minutes. While it is baking, mix remaining ingredients in DAH stainless steel bowl. Remove sausage from oven & cool enough to cut in 1/2" pieces and mix with egg mixture. Place straight muffin tray on perforated bake sheet, and fill to 3/4 full with egg mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove to a serving plate. These can be stored in refrigerator so you have an instant breakfast throughout the week. Simply place a couple on your plate and reheat in microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
