- 6 eggs
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 tomato
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- French Pantry Herbs de Provence or French Onion & Roasted Red Pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place Flexipan Imagine Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside. Using Eco-Chop, chop spinach, tomato and mushrooms separately.
2. In Mixing Bowl, combine eggs, chopped spinach, tomato, mushrooms, cheeses, and sour cream. Add a dash of salt and mix. Fill wells and then sprinkle with French Pantry Herb Blend of your choice.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until center comes out clean when toothpick is inserted in center. Let cool for a moment and unmold and enjoy!
