- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil or 6 almonds (healthy fat)
- 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (protein)
- 1 tsp of Spice for Life cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of Spice for Life turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Spice for Life ginger
- Huge handful of greens. Spinach, kale, power greens. Any combination.
Combine all ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth.
