Spice for Life Smoothie

Recipe by This is a healthy meal for on the go or a great after school snack for the kids. My kids love it! We make a batch to freeze in the mini muffin mold for a fun frozen treat Sara Lewis, Product Focus Group Member

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil or 6 almonds (healthy fat)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (protein)
  • 1 tsp of Spice for Life cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of Spice for Life turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Spice for Life ginger
  • Huge handful of greens. Spinach, kale, power greens. Any combination.

Directions:


Combine all ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth.
