Spicy Cocktail Pecans

Recipe by Great edible gift! Adapted for Demarle use from the Country Living recipe found online.


  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted in the microwave in the mini round mold
  • 4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. any Demarle Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 6 cups pecan halves


1. Place 2 Silpats on 2 Perforated Baking Sheets. Set Aside. Preheat oven to 325 degrees with racks set in the top and middle positions. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except pecans. 2. Place pecans in your large Demarle mixing bowl. Pour butter mixture over pecans, tossing to combine. Spread pecans evenly on the two Silpat/Perforated Baking Sheet sets, and bake until toasted and fragrant, 12-15 minutes, rotating trays halfway through. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined perforated baking sheet and let cool completely, 20 minutes. To package, place pecans in lined paper bags.
