Summer Kebabs

Recipe by Great for the upcoming summer months

Ingredients:


  • BUTTERMILK DILL - CHICKEN OR LAMB
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill and Lemon Herb Blend
  • BALSAMIC ROSEMARY MARINADE - BEEF
  • 1/2 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary Basil Thyme Herb Blend
  • 1 teaspoon Sel Gris Sea Salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

Directions:


1. Mix all ingredients for each recipe and marinade meat for at least 3 hours. Marinades can also be brushed onto vegetables. Prepare barbecue to medium-high heat and thread pieces on skewers and grill until cooked through and golden brown.
