TOASTING NUTS, Coconut, Spices and Flours in the Microwave

Recipe by SO QUICK and EASY!!! Toasting nuts before adding them to any dish elevates the flavors to a whole different level and is the perfect way to add protein and texture to many simple dishes and salads. When I am in a rush, instead of toasting them in the oven, I cook them uncovered on high in the microwave. Your flavors will become so much more vibrant and how easy to warm or toast flour for special baking projects.
