Tomato Avocado Salsa

Recipe by This is a great way to use all those fresh tomatoes and herbs from your garden. Serve over rosemary chicken or with tortilla chips. Sara Lewis, Product Focus Group Member

Ingredients:


  • 1 TBLS DAH Cilantro Olive Oil
  • 1 TBLS fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1-2 TBLS red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • DAH Black Lava Sea Salt

Directions:


Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add tomato halves, cheese, and avocado; toss gently. Season with black lava sea salt.
