Tomato Basil Tart

Recipe by This tarts recipe is great for the holidays with beautiful red, white, and green colors. Share with others as you gather together for small or big meals. Everyone will be asking for more!


  • I box-PILSBURY PIE CRUST ROLLS (refridgerator section, 2 rolls in a box)
  • 1 pack of CHERRY/ GRAPE TOMATOES, cut in half
  • 1 bunch of FRESH BASIL
  • 1 conatiner of FETA cheese crumbles
  • Demarle- Sweet Basil Olive Oil
  • Demarle- Traditional Balsamic


Place SILFORM TART or MINI TART or MEDIUM TART TRAY on PERFORATED BAKING SHEET.Set oven to 425 degrees.Using ROUL PAT, roll out one pie crust roll, using ROLLING PIN, spread dough out to a thinner layer.Using a plastic dough cutter, cut shapes needed.Place shapes on tart tray and press dough with SHAPER.Fill each tart with: feta, 1or2 tomato halves, I basil leaf, and a drizzle of Olive Oil.Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until pie crust is browned slightly. Let cool.Optional: drizzle a little Balsamic Vinegar over cooked tarts, serve-SARAH CARBAJAL-
