Tomato, Parsley and Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups cherry, grape or Julian tomatoes
  • 1 bunch curly Italian parsley
  • 3 large balls Fresh Mozzarella, cubed
  • Sea Salt
  • Garlic Expressions Dressing
  • French Pantry Spiced Apple Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Directions:


Wash parsley thoroughly, drain, and dry. Chop using Santoku knife.

In a large bowl, combine parsley, tomatoes and mozzarella. Salt as desired. Stir in Garlic Expressions and Balsamic Vinegar. Add pomegranate seeds for a delightful addition of sweetness. Enjoy!
