Upside Down Peach Cake

Recipe by Summer Fresh Cake. Everyday Easy baking with a huge WOW factor!

Ingredients:


  • 4 Fresh Peaches, 1/4 cup Melted Butter, 1 cup Brown Sugar, Yellow Box Cake Mix

Directions:


Prepare oven as directed on box to bake cake (13X9 size)Place Sunflower Mold onto Perforated Baking Sheet.Peel Peaches: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cut peachs in half. Place in hot water for 1-2 mintues. Remove and place in a cold bowl of water. Easily take peel off peach. Place on cutting board and slice. Melt butter in Sunflower mold in Microwave for 40 seconds, swirl around. Place back onto baking sheet. Sprinkle Brown Sugar over butter. Arrange peaches in mold. Prepare cake batter as directed and pour over peaches.Bake in oven as directed by box. Check for doneness by inserting a spaghetti noodle in the middle. Noodle should come out clean. Let cool completely. Turn out onto platter to serve.
