Vampire Donuts

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bolivian Rose Sea Salt
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Candy eyes, vampire teeth, and powdered sugar to garnish

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place Flexipan Euro Donut Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet.

2. In Mixing Bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, butter, and vanilla. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined.

3. Pour batter into wells and bake for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Remove from oven and let cool 10-15 minutes. Unmold donuts and place onto serving platter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar using the Sift and Go. Garnish with candy eyes and vampire teeth!
