- 2 cup grated zucchini
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Drain the moisture from the zucchini. Mix all ingredients together and spread onto the silpat on the perforated baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10 min. Add toppings and bake 10 min more for veggies or twice as long with red sauce and other toppings.
