Zucchini “Pizza Crust”

Recipe by Gluten free way to enjoy your pizza! Mixture also makes great appetizers when 1T of mixture is dropped into mini muffin tray. Leslie Burnett

Ingredients:


  • 2 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:


Drain the moisture from the zucchini. Mix all ingredients together and spread onto the silpat on the perforated baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10 min. Add toppings and bake 10 min more for veggies or twice as long with red sauce and other toppings.
