Flexible bakeware? What is that? My friend Karen Walter contacted me about a new flexible bakeware company named Demarle at Home.
My Introduction to Demarle at Home
Karen Walter had just become a rep with this company and was excited to tell all her friends about it. She proceeded to invite me to her home shows and business opportunity meetings for the next 8 months. I was intrigued with what she was telling me and wanted to attend a show but realistically was in a very busy time of my life. I was the mother of 4 young children, still working another business and in the middle of building a custom home. Karen didn’t give up. She called me up and brought a cake over to my house for me to unmold. WOW! As soon as I saw that cake unmolded and how beautiful it was, I understood why Karen wanted me to be a part of this incredible direct-selling company. I was at her next show within the next week, and started to use the products. Not only did I love how they baked, but I loved the easy clean-up.
Getting my Business Started
I began telling and showing everyone what this amazing product could do. I started thinking about the business opportunity. I was also thinking about how hard it would be to start another business right now. With the support and encouragement of my husband, Kevin, I knew I could work this business alongside my family. I love that this company is a ground floor business opportunity and we all work together (representatives, our President Cindy, and our Corporate Staff) to ensure that the changes that are made are to keep our company the best direct selling company available today. I love working for this company as it doesn’t seem like I’m working. I love that it is a flexible job and that I work for such a professional and successful company. I am now a busy mother of 5 young children; I love the flexibility Demarle at Home provides for me. I can still be a successful business woman while raising our children and working my business around the children’s daily and school activities. My family benefits from the added income I contribute to the family. After we recently built our new home I have been able to start furnishing it sooner with my added Demarle income. My husband Kevin, and my parents Anne and Ken, have been very supportive during my Demarle career. Kevin always is willing to watch the children for shows, meetings, trainings and conventions. My parents help during the day for brunch shows as well as watching our children during the company incentive trips.
I share my passion for joining Demarle at Home with all I meet and in doing so I have developed an incredible team of friends in this company. My team is over 500 reps strong and growing! I love spending time with these ladies during trainings, conventions, and the fabulous all expense paid incentive trips. Sharing this fabulous opportunity with others is extremely rewarding as you can watch your team grow personally, professionally and watch them gain financial security all at the same time.
My Future with Demarle at Home
As Demarle At Home continues to grow, I look forward to watching us reach more and more families with our innovative flexible bakeware. It will be exciting to say that our Gold Chef Team was one of the first chef teams to help make the Demarle name a house hold name in the United States. I look forward to using my future income to help finance College for my 5 children. I also hope to take many family vacations over the next few years and eventually travel to other countries with Kevin after he retires.
